CISSA was formally inaugurated at
Thiruvananthapuram on September 16, 2006 by Dr. G.G.
Gangadharan, Joint Director, FRLHT, Bangalore and President of
CISSA. Dr. Gangadharan briefly outlined the philosophy behind
starting of CISSA and highlighted the need for such an
organization in the modern globalised world. Dr. C. Suresh
Kumar, General Secretary CISSA explained the evolution of
thoughts and action that culminated in starting CISSA.
